Yoga as Therapy
Yoga can be used to address specific health issues and bring about a positive change, allowing a person to a live a more vibrant life.
To do this, a more personal approach is taken in a one-on-one setting. During the sessions, an assessment will be done. A supportive relationship is forged with client and yoga therapist. A customized yoga practice will be offered to help bring about less pain and more comfort.
Use a private yoga session to supplement your regular yoga practice or use it to address a specific health concern.
