One of my favorite poses or flows is the sun salutation, also known as Surya Namaskar. This 12-pose sequence allows you to step through a variety of poses, using the breath to move from pose to pose. It can be repeated multiple times to create an energizing practice. You can do each pose in the sequence with one, two, or more breaths. It can be done slowly or vigorously.
